Job Title: Duty Manager
Job Location: Premier Inn, High Wycombe, Central
Salary: £10.54 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Permanent- 30 hours per week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Proven leadership experience within a customer facing environment.

* Strong communication skills and passion to ensure an amazing guest experience is delivered consistently.

* Problem solving skills to help deal with any queries or complaints, ensuring guests are fully satisfied with the outcome.

* Good knowledge of using computer systems.

What will I do as a Duty Manager?

* Ensure that our guests are impressed with their stay.

* Be on hand to answer any questions or queries you’ll be more than happy to share your knowledge about our products and services, as well as the local area and surroundings.

* Understand our systems and brand standards that enable you to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

* Be able to deal a problem, should it arise, and go the extra mile to solve it.

How Do I Get the Job?

No experience is required as Go Train will provide a fast, pre-employment training course. Training is funded and offered free to the individual.

Training is either delivered in our COVID safe, training centre, in small groups where we have social distancing and protective measures following Department of Education guidance or it can be delivered online in the safety of your own home in a virtual class group led by one of our tutors- the choice is yours. When you complete the course you will be interviewed for the role.
