£24,000 – £26,000 + Annual bonus + Life insurance + Training + Company Pension

Are you a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking to work with a thriving company with a global client base where you will get to manage a team, drive high standards and be instrumental in the continued growth of the company?

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a team of 5 on your shift where you will manage customer returns, reporting on KPI's and solving problems in the warehouse.

This company has been established for over 37 years and employ over 150 employees with a turnover of over £50m.

This is the opportunity to develop your management skills within a modern and well-run facility where you will liaise with the logistics department to ensure products are shipped out on time and within budgets.

The role:

* Managing a small team of warehouse staff
* Busy, fast paced warehouse environment
* Shift pattern Week 1 – 7:00am to 3:30pm / Week 2 – 9:30am to 6:00pm

The person:

* Experienced Team Leader or Supervisor
* Managing team KPI's
* Experience in a warehouse environment (Stock/returns/hygiene and quality)
* Happy to work shift pattern (Week 1 – 7:00am to 3:30pm / Week 2 – 9:30am to 6:00pm)
