Senior Manufacturing Technician, High Wycombe, £28,000pa – £30,000pa plus Benefits:

MARS Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Manufacturing Technician on behalf of a key specialist manufacturing client in High Wycombe. This role would suit a Senior Manufacturing Technician who possesses both mechanical and electronics assembly experience, ideally with scientific instrumentation or complex medical devices. The Company & Role:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high technology products which are used by organisations around the world. Sat firmly in the FTSE 250, this exciting business is looking to recruit a Senior Manufacturing Technician as they move one of their exciting product ranges to the High Wycombe site. On a daily basis the Senior Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for manufacturing key products and components to meet agreed quality, time-scale and cost objectives.

About you:

The successful Senior Manufacturing Technician will ideally be qualified with a Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering qualification, apprenticeship, BTEC. Other key experience and duties are as follows:

* Will have held a similar role in a similar environment

* Solid practical knowledge of skills such as mechanical assembly, electrical and electronic assembly, wiring looms, Electrical soldering, surface mount soldering and bench assemblies

* Can support the implementation of changes

* 5s discipline and mindset

* Has flexible range of skills across cells & products

* Positive & professional attitude to work

* Drives a quality culture

* Can work with a team and independently
