Quality and Compliance Controller

Location: – ideally you'll be based local to areas such as; South Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Berkshire, places like High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Amersham, Maidenhead would all suit well.

Company Background:

Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing provider of Mechanical and Electrical services who are now looking to add an experienced Quality and Compliance Controller to the team.

Job Role:

Operating as a company representative for ISO9001:2015 compliance.
You'll need to manage quality standards throughout all company operations and maintain ongoing annual accreditation/auditing.
Manage the daily operations such as auditing, attending meetings, carrying out training and updating records.
Manage audit programmes; create and maintain methods and systems for compliance audits, including correction of non-conformances and compliance monitoring.
Creating action plans; recommendations for corrective actions and reports within set timescales.
Analyse and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement across all company operations.
Lead the implementation of new Quality procedures and practices.
Be responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of quality, health, safety (working alongside our H&S Manager), and environmental legislation. Key Skills Required:

Experience of working previously as ISO9001:2015 QMS Quality officer.
Ideally you'll also have experience in a similar position within a building services, mechanical or electrical sector, i.e. heating, gas, air conditioning, hvac etc. Salary & Package on offer:

Basic Salary up to £30k-£35k (depends on experience)
