You will be responsible for managing key product lines within the company's portfolio – this includes sales forecasts & pricing, promotion & marketing, research & development.

Analysing both commercial & technical performance of the product, you will drive improvements & product development.

This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development and Scientific teams and closely with Customers to gain feedback and build strong relationships.

Location: High Wycombe – easily commutable from Amersham, Slough, Maidenhead, Aylesbury, Thame, Uxbridge, etc.

You must have plenty of experience working in the Water industry – this might be in a Technical or Scientific role, Sales, Marketing and so on.

You'll be able to demonstrate a commercial mindset – able to analyse market data, look at performance and trends, etc.

You should have an imaginative and innovative approach to product development, be articulate and persuasive, and a champion for performance improvement and change.

You must be an enthusiastic and influential character, able to build strong relationships in a multi-national business environment.
