Job Title: Mobile Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Covering M40 areas (Berks/Bucks/Herts)
Package: £40,000 + Vehicle + Training + Overtime
Hours: 40 hour week on Monday to Friday basis + Call out rota
Their new Mobile Refrigeration Engineer will be servicing multiple corporate sites on a single dedicated contract within the group. You will maintain all the plant equipment and systems across the customer's portfolio, which ranges from Marlow, Harlow, Slough, and the Northamptonshire area.
Job Description:
* PPM (Planned) & Reactive emergency tasks
* To provide engineering task completion to Equipment/Corporate sites within the region and support RTOM/FM support teams, across the selected region within the UK portfolio.
* Support out-of-hours response in emergencies and support engineering call out rota as and when necessary, as part of the role, to implement any necessary escalation procedures to Engineering Supervisor or Manager as and when required.
* Site engineering representative ensuring all legal and statutory obligations are met. Keep accurate records of relevant engineering information of plant and equipment to ensure statutory compliance.
* Ensure self-delivery of all possible tasks within the region.
* To complete PPMs and reactive work orders within given timescales and with accurate information on both Equipment and Corporate estate.
* Ensure compliance with the H&S inductions process and the supervision of contractors working on systems under the jurisdiction of the service provider.
* Coordinate shut down of systems as and when required in line with Company Safety Rules.
The successful candidate:
* C&G/NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration
* F-Gas Category 1
* At least 5years’ experience working within Commercial Buildings
* Client facing and personable
