One of our growing Engineering/Manufacturing clients is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in High Wycombe.

This client manufacture high value machinery and their clients are all B2B. This is a new role within the organisation and they are looking for someone to own the B2B Marketing function and have experience developing and executing marketing stragegies and campaigns for a similar engineering/manufacturing organisation. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as overseeing strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

As this client are part of an international group, along with responsibilility for UK Marketing, you will also be responsiblefor marketing campaigns, strategy and creating content for different global territories assisted by members of the international team.

This position requires the job holder to be able to work with minimal supervision and to maintain excellent communications with Product and Business Team Managers in order to create and execute campaigns.

Ideal canddiates will have strong B2B experience and be experienced in marketing industrial equipment in the UK and internationally.
