Established over 20 years ago this family run company are market leaders in designing, manufacturing and developing specialist products on a global scale. They have undergone a period of 33% growth last year and they have recently modernized their manufacturing facility. Due to exciting future growth plans, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will carry out planned, preventative and routine maintenance on their production and manufacturing machinery. You will receive excellent ongoing training and development to become an expert in this industry.

This role would ideally suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a tight-knit family run business, where you will undergo continuous training, whilst progressing into a Maintenance Supervisor.

The Role:

Fault finding & maintenance on a range of production machinery
Planned, Preventative and routine maintenance
Days based; early and late shifts
£35,000 – £40,000 + Overtime (OTE: £45,000+) + Days Based + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

A Maintenance Engineer, Fitter or Technician
Electrical and mechanical fault finding skills
Live local to High Wycombe
