Lead Development Engineer

£60,000-£70,000 plus bonus

We have a Lead Development Engineer job opportunity focused on the development, testing and improvement of electro-mechanical equipment with a fast growing business within the consumer goods supply chain.

As the Lead Development Engineer you will enjoyed varied responsibilities, combining 'hands-on' technical development work with project management across: innovation & new concepts, studies on performance & reliability and improvements to existing systems and components.

In addition to managing projects, you will act as a team lead for a highly skilled engineering team with responsibility for supplier management, resources, timeframes and budgets.

The machinery you will be working on includes both mechanical, electrical and software-based components.

Salary and benefits:

A basic salary of £60,000- £70,000
