Internal Sales Engineer
Permanent Staff | High Wycombe

A well-established Industrial equipment supplier that are looking to expand their workforce. They have a strong reputation in the local area and are seeking individuals that can help strengthen the reputation.

The Role
My client is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Engineer to join a fast-paced growing team. They are happy to look at engineers that are looking for more of an office-based role and are also happy at looking at Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering graduates that are looking for there first step.

Responsibilities
· Liaising and being first line of contact for customers via telephone and email
· Being involved with all product and customer promotions.
· Prospect calling and new account engagement
· Growing and managing key accounts from an internal position
· Dealing with customer enquiries, offering a high standard of customer service with meticulous attention to detail
· Using Kerridge SAP system, processing customer quotations and orders along with engaging manufacturers with a range of enquiries up to and including product availability
· Maintaining customer account data, keeping records up to date
· Updating and maintaining office records, giving full traceability to outstanding cases
· Engaging with customers to organise payments against their credit account, handling any related invoice queries
· Run regular reports for internal use and customers
· Liaise with External Sales Team, other departments, and manufacturers as required
· Participate in marketing activities, including customer mailshots
· All other reasonable duties as required.

The Candidate
1. An engineering qualification
2. Customer service experience
3. SAP experience would be desirable
4. Strong communicational skills

The Package
The salary offered for this position is £20,000- £28,000 to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
