Woodrow Mercer are looking to recruit an experienced High Volume Print Engineer to work across a number of prestigious sites in High Wycombe and aurrounding areas.

This is a permanent position. The successful candidate will spend most of their time on a specific site in High Wycombe but there may be a need to go to other sites occasionally for routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for completing and attending calls according to SLA's.
Liasing with the client on-site and communicating any product information effectively.
Ordering any parts required through the appropriate channels.
Liasing with service schedulers/controllers where needed.
Offering clients on-site the first class customer service that they have been accustomed to through this business.

The successful candidate will have/be:

Excellent customer facing skills
Experience/training on the following products is ESSENTIAL – Ricoh C9100, C9100, C7200, C7100
Competent IT skills
Full UK driving license
