The Role – Field Service Manager (Medical / Biomedical Systems)

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Field Service Manager responsible for managing a team of Field Service Engineers across six sites in London. You will build and nurture all relationships with key customers, regularly attend meetings and provide customer care, ensuring the delivery of KPIs, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets.You will also be an instrumental driving force in attempts to grow and develop all service revenues throughout the UK operation.

Your Background – Field Service Manager (Medical / Biomedical Systems)

To apply you should be able to demonstrate experience working in a service management role within a high technology instrumentation sector (biomedical / clinical, medical surgical, analytical instrumentation, scientific, laboratory, medical or high value electronics capital equipment) or come from an ex-forces biomedical background with managerial experience. You will bring with you the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed in this demanding and exciting role. Utilising this organisations excellent reputation for providing quality products and their ‘brand leading’ status as a platform, you will foster key relationships with customers, support and motivate your team, look to develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio offering the latest ‘cutting edge’ solutions in medical systems technology.
