Our client based in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to carry out repair to equipment in the care industry within either Hampshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire areas. You will ideally have Mechanical repairs knowledge or a natural want to fix attitude. As a predominantly service based company, this position is pivotal to the efficient fulfilment of customers’ expectations and as such carries significant responsibility.

Job Description

Maintenance and compliance requirements of our customers by:

· Maximising the viable life of their equipment through scheduled maintenance

· Certify legislative compliance through thorough inspections

· Minimise downtime through prompt rectification of any required repairs

· Take ownership of customers and be a respectable company representative.

· Capitalise on sales opportunities

· IT literacy will be necessary to facilitate efficient communication daily and retrieval of information and data.

· This is likely to be an increasing requirement as we move to upgrade our technology in the coming months
