A global FM organisation are seeking an experienced engineering manager to oversee a prestigious head office complex for a blue chip corporate client. Key aspects of the role include;

Role details:

• Leading technical services for a multiple building site including corporate and R+D facilities
• Day to day management of the engineering team
• Budget management for base line contract and variable works
• Coordination of all PPM activities
• Ensuring that all HSE compliance is met
• Development of energy improvement plans
• Introduction of best practise for technical services
• Management of all technical KPI's

Requirements:

You will have a strong technical/building services background and ideally hold a degree/HND/HNC in an M+E discipline. Strong line management experience is essential coupled with a good financial acumen. Good client relationship building skills is also important for the role
