This influential and challenging role oversees a team of design engineers, working on laboratory water treatment and water purification solutions.

Working closely with the R&D, manufacturing, procurement and marketing teams, you will drive the product development roadmap & strategy for the product range.

You will oversee all aspects of design, construction, assembly and testing of the product for its customers, mainly in the healthcare & scientific markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated & energetic candidate, who can deliver profitable growth through the first-class delivery of projects & product development goals.

You must be well located for the offices in High Wycombe but also happy to travel internationally from time to time.

The nature of the product requires an understanding and knowledge of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, motors, pumps, valves, etc.

You should have worked on the design engineering of electro-mechanical products, plus electronics & embedded software would be ideal.

Experience in relevant manufacturing techniques such as injection moulding is important, along with excellent people management skills.

You'll be degree-level qualified in a relevant subject e.g. Mechanical Engineering, a skilled project manager, and have been a senior / lead engineer in the past.
