Our client, a leading manufacturer and service provider of Mechanical Testing Equipment, is looking for a Customer Experience Support Engineer to join their High Wycombe based team.
You will be providing support direct to customers over the phone and email as well as working with a team of field based engineers. Day to day you will handling tickets from a queue and seeing the issue through to resolution. You will act as the key contact for clients whilst the issue is ongoing, therefore strong customer service and communication skills will be key.
Technical training will be provided to enable you to resolve issues and therefore a mechanical or electrical engineering background will be beneficial.
