Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machines. Reading / Slough. £30k basic

Our well-respected client has been providing beverage solutions for over 25 years. They have an opportunity for a Senior Coffee Service Engineer to join them as they continue their impressive growth.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years' experience in installing & repairing traditional espresso & semi-automatic coffee equipment.

Responsibilities

Carrying out a broad range of coffee equipment repair & preventative maintenance from fault finding to diagnosis
Yearly PVI on all steam boilers, Training will be provided if not already certified via coffee safe
Attend sites within an agreed SLA & complete Brand standards checks. Specific trainign provided
Carry out installations &training
Ensuring all work carried out meets the correct equipment setup as per agreed specification providing consistent coffee quality, first time fix &customer satisfaction
Work proactively with the central service desk by taking day to day instructions & keeping them updated so waiting customers are informed
Keep in good working order all tools & equipment supplied by the company, reporting any faults or equipment failures to your line manager
Providing customers with first class customer service & supportKnowledge, skills & experience requirements

Confident with a passion for customer service
Excellent understanding of coffee quality &associated equipment
Strong problem solving skills
Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends & cover some bank holidaysPackage

£30,000 pa + Overtime paid at time & one half
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00 (start/finish times may vary)
