The Role –  Clinical Support Specialist

In this varied and exciting role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting and training to both customers and colleagues on a range of surgical cameras and complex endoscopy systems. This will involve:

Improve efficiency by ensuring equipment is always available and fully functional
Facilitate training as required to all colleagues across the organisation 
Implement continual improvement points
Ensure the highest standards of product quality are maintained
Promote growth through supervision of contracts and customer training
Carry out inspections and troubleshooting on both rigid and flexible endoscopes
Installation and set up of surgical cameras
Your Background – Clinical Support Specialist 

Two or more years experience in a healthcare theatre environment, e.g. ex-theatre nurse
Experience in the medical device sector
Background working in a healthcare, hospital or clinical setting
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Previous experience in a service role would be beneficial
Applications from ex-forces surgical backgrounds are welcomed
