Due to an ongoing expansion they are looking for someone that can help them to deliver a fantastic service by joining their Applications team.

In this role you will be based from home, working predominently in the Oxfordshire to Bedfordshire region but with some requirement to cover further afield, potentially traveling the whole of the UK and Ireland. During your first few months you will be provided with full product training to ensure you are a specialist within your sector, this will involve international travel to the head office and manufacturing facilities in Europe. You will develop lasting relationships with customers, as the face of the business whenever they need support to diagnose problems and to train the customers staff on how to use the equipment and prevent future faults. The company are looking for someone with a background in Life Sciences or laboratory equipment who has hands on experience with the equipment.

The role:
*Home based – traveling throughout the UK
*Providing technical support and assistance to customers
