Job Title: Senior Electronics Engineer

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £DOE + Package

An experienced Senior Electronics Engineer is required to play a key role in providing technical input and design for allocated development projects encompassing a focus on multiple electronics disciplines, including firmware, Analogue, RF & power electronics. You will also have responsibility for coaching the more junior staff and the promotion of best working practices amongst peers.

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Senior Electronics Engineer?

Interpretation of system requirements and ability to decompose and flow them down into hardware requirements;
Conduct Electronics and/or Firmware development activities and reviews, covering full system, sub-system and individual board design/coding;
Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer, legislative and business requirements;
Act as Project Engineering Lead and/or Work Package Manager on one or more projects;
Produce project technical documentation, including: Management Plans, Requirements Specifications, Design Documents, Interface Specifications and Acceptance Tests, Approval of design change requests and concessions;
Liaising with customers and suppliers as appropriate;
Overseeing initial test and integration including formal testing;What are we looking for in our next Senior Electronics Engineer?

Be degree educated in a STEM Discipline
Have experience of Analogue & Digital technologies & RF
Have an in-depth experience across the whole project lifecycle
Have hands-on experience of designing complex systems involving multiple electronics disciplines
Have experience of Design for manufacture, understanding of full project life cycle.
