Electronic Service and Repair Manager
Permanent Staff | Buckinghamshire
The Company
Our client is a world leader specialist Manufacturing company with a fantastic reputation in the industry.
The Role
The role is to supervise the product Repair and Service operation which provides factory-based support for OEM and end user.
The responsibilities are listed below:
* Ensuring the service of customer equipment is completed within target timeframes
* Supervision of service personnel and equipment
* Scheduling the work of Service Engineers
* Primary response to customer service requests
* Management of service tickets
* Administer updates to customer during process
* Produce and issue Service reports and quotations to customers
* Ensure current processes are maintained and adhered to.
* Identify potential improvements and implement.
The Candidate
1. Must have strong electronics fault finding and repair skills
2. Good experience in customer service and technical support
3. Ideally have overseen other members of staff but this is not essential
The Package
The salary offered for this position is £35,000 – £45,000
