GSL Education are currently looking for a Year 1 Teacher to join a high achieving primary school 

The school based in Buckinghamshire is an all through school for pupils aged 3 to 16 years old. An inclusive learning environment that develops well rounded, confident and responsible individuals who aspire to learn.

The Head Teacher and governors will appoint a Year 1 Teacher for September, someone that shares belief in the highest standards of academic attainment in an educational settings. The successful candidate should be innovative and dynamic Teacher.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.

The successful candidate must:
– Be a qualified Year 1 teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B.Ed. Cert Ed, BA with QTS).
– Demonstrate recent experience as an Year 1 Teacher or trainee Primary Teacher.
– Hold an honours degree or equivalent in B.Ed.
– Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.
– Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
– Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.
