Simply Education are working in partnership with a SEND School that is situated near High Wycombe in South Buckinghamshire. They are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support a upper key stage 2 and Key stage 3 class  a long term basis.

The SEND School provides support for pupils with autism aged 4-19 years. After working with the school for many years I can say this is a place where pupils achieve well beyond what is expected as the students feel empowered by the outstanding staff who support them.  

If you would be interested in working at this fantastic school then all that we ask is that you have the following skills or experience.

-Experience working with young people.

-Previous experience with Autism desirable however not essential

-Looking to support pupils with additional learning needs.

– Clear communication both written and verbal.

-Be willing to learn new ways of support pupil

-Have a strong classroom management style.

-Have a creative approach in dealing with behavior.
