There are Full time and Part time roles available, until the end of the academic year. This school are keen to hear from recent Graduates who are looking to take their first steps into teaching, especially those graduates from subjects including English, Math, Science, French, Performing Arts, and Computer Science as well as those who have experience.

The Role – Teaching Assistant – High Wycombe

Located in High Wycombe, this high achieving, 'Good' Ofsted rated, mainstream secondary school are searching for an enthusiastic, passionate, team orientated TA to join their community. You will be required to promote and support the inclusion of all students, ensuring that you are attending to the social, personal and educational needs of all students.

You will possess excellent communication and listening skills and have a good general level of education to support students in enhancing their learning. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with the Teaching Team, Careers Lead and SENDCOs

The Candidate -Teaching Assistant – High Wycombe

The successful candidate for this Teaching Assistant role will hold a qualification at degree level, within a Secondary Subject Degree, receiving at least a 2:1
Attend staff meetings, participate in performance management arrangements, and undertake training and development activities.
Have a passion for working in education and with young people within a secondary school setting
Be able to manage behaviour effectively
Participate in the lesson planning process
Be willing to take on extracurricular activities outside of regular school hours, as well as parent consultant meetings when required
