Now that the schools have returned, Simply Education have found there is a need for Qualified and Unqualified TA's in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for Unqualified and Qualified Teaching Assistants who have 6 Months or more experience working within a primary setting. The TA's must be comfortable working 1-1 as well as within the classroom. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively alongside the Teacher as well as independently.

Successful candidates will need to;

– Have at least 6 months experience working within a UK based school
– Have the relevant qualifications or experience
– Have the ability to develop good relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues
– Have the ability to work in a team and also use your own initiative
– Have the ability to manage classes and deal with challenging behaviour
-Have excellent communication skills.
