BPS World are proud to be working with a nationally recognised alternative education provider and are looking to recruit for Student Engagement Mentors for their school in High Wycombe.
Our client's sole focus is to help young people secure positive progressions into Further Education, work-based learning or employment. Student Engagement Mentors are vitally important in creating this environment.
Student Engagement Mentors help the teaching staff by establishing a relationship with the students, their organisation of learning resources and involvement in the classroom learning environment.
You will also build relationships fast with students and support them to develop their personal and social skills whilst empowering them to fulfil their potential through a series of bespoke interventions.
