We are currently recruiting SEN TAs in the High Wycombe area for 1:1, group and classroom roles. We can also offer free courses for Teaching Assistants and Supply Cover.

Requirements for candidates will include:

•Has experience in 1:1 SEN TA roles.

• Has recent experience working with children, inside or outside of a classroom environment.

• Has strong classroom management skills.

• Can promote cultural development.

• Can quickly build rapport with colleagues and students.

• Can close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
