Worldwide Education, The UK's number one supply agency, are seeking experienced Nursery Practitioners who are passionate and enthusiastic to undertake a permanent role in a vibrant and energetic Nursery Setting within High Wycombe.

A successful candidate will be an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner that is able to work effectively and alongside a team in Early Years to deliver a stimulating and nurturing environment for children and work under the person in charge- carry out tasks set out by them to a high standard.

Pay – The Nursery is offering a Nursery Practitioner a salary from £18,000 p/a to £20,000 p/a depending on experience.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification
Have good knowledge of the EYFS, the seven areas of learning and any other relevant assessment
Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Have experience working in the childcare sector, working with ages 0-5years
Be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and build positive relationshipsAs a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be expected to:

Be a designated key person, completing observations and planning activities for individual children
Contribute to the everyday running of the Nursery
Help deliver a programme of age-appropriate activities designed to stimulate the children you are working with
Adhere to the Nursery Safeguarding Policy and always manage the safety of the children in your care
Report any accidents to the relevant member of staff in the room you are based in
Have passion and enthusiasm for providing a fun and stimulating environment for children
Build a strong and solid relationship with Parents, children, and other staff members
Assist with the planning of a range of interesting, age-appropriate activities for the EYFS curriculum
