Nursery Practitioners, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 1NT

We are recruiting for Nursery Practitioners to join our client's fabulous expanding nursery which is based in High Wycombe. Successful candidates will be passionate and confident about working with children and must have good communication skills.

Hours: All year round, Full time permanent position, 40 hours a week.

We will consider Part time hours, for example 2-3 full days a week.

Salary: starting above minimum wage, up to £10.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, to be discussed at interview stage.

The successful candidate will:

Have a minimum NVQ Level 2 Childcare qualification or equivalent, level 3 is preferable.
Possess a working knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Be able to work well in a team.
Have the ability to enhance and develop children's learning through play.
Be able to monitor and complete essential observations.
Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Have recent experience working in an early year setting.
