Magisters are currently supporting a vibrant, diverse and exceptional Secondary school in High Wycombe who are seeking a Maths Teacher that can teach effectively across KS3 – KS4.

This three-form Secondary school is looking to appoint an ambitious teacher, seeking to inspire their students to achieve their potential. The successful candidate will join an excellent team of experienced teachers leading a prosperous department and successfully raising student attainment.

The school are willing to pay to scale MPS for a Maths Teacher, offering a salary of £30,000 – £48,000 a year or UPS for a highly skilled and experienced Maths Teacher.

The Secondary school has a renowned Maths department with excellent facilities and support staff to support students in their learning and development. The school has a glowing reputation and is located in close proximity to numerous stations and can be easily accessed.

The Hertfordshire school has a great standing within the local community, with a warm, welcoming, supportive and collaborative approach. Staff at the school aim to work cohesively to deliver high standards of education to students and offers various opportunities for continuous professional development.

The school would like to appoint an exceptional Maths Teacher to join them in September 2021. The school are open to both experienced and NQT Maths Teachers as they have a fantastic induction programme in place to support NQTs in becoming ‘Outstanding’ teachers.

Magisters are looking for Maths Teachers who can demonstrate:

* Experience in teaching Maths successfully at Secondary school level

* Strong Maths expertise

* Effective behaviour management skills

* A passion for teaching Maths

* KS3 – KS4 experience, with KS5 being advantageous

* QTS and a Degree or Masters in any Maths specialist subject

The Headteacher is seeking to appoint an experienced Maths Teacher who is motivated, committed and aims to further improve the school utilising their skills and expertise to stimulate students learning.
