Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of fantastic schools based in Buckinghamshire who are looking for exceptional Learning Support Assistants to join their supportive teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a school/care setting supporting a young person and have an understanding of educational needs of young people. You will also need to have a good level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE passes in English and Maths), a flexible approach to your work plus a resilient positive character.

You will be working on a 1:1 or small group basis running booster and intervention groups alongside the school's SENCO.

Located in High Wycombe, these schools have fantastic transport links and accessible parking, state of the art facilities and an inclusive and diverse pupil population from the surrounding towns and villages.

The Learning Support Assistant must:
** Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA or with young people.
** Have energy, commitment, and creativity
** Be considering a career within education
** Have the ability to engage with colleagues, children, and parents
** Have an upbeat and can-do attitude
** Be available for the duration of the academic year until July 21
