IT Technician Required!
A “Good” SEN School for children aged between 4 and 19 with a diagnosis of ASC is seeking an IT Technician to join their team. This exciting role will require the successful candidate to provide first class IT support to their school and others in the vicinity.
As a School Technology Engineer, you will be an onsite liaison for all staff and students within the school whilst also providing support to the wider organisation including site visits.

You will prioritise and manage requests for support from the service desk and monitor progress of requests for support.

Suitable applicants will have demonstrated experience of Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and a strong background in supporting Windows Servers.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to provide hardware support for devices such as Thin Clients, iPads and Android Mobiles.

Desirable experience includes Office 365 support and administration (MS Teams, MS InTune, Skype for Business) with previous educational and/or sector background is also desirable, especially for MIS (management information systems).
This role is customer facing and good customer service skills is essential.
