Are you looking for a new role in a leading Marlow Primary School supporting students learning across Foundation, Key Stage 1 and 2?

Tradewind is working with a highly inclusive school that is looking to appoint a HLTA to start in September 2021. The school could accomodate an earlier start if necessary. This is an amazing opportunity to join an outstanding primary school.

The school are lucky to be situation in the country side with huge grounds and have a massive emphasis on outdoor learning. They are also a forest school and have a farm, mud kitchens, hand painted yurts and many more.

As a HLTA at this school, you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.

The HLTA must:
***Hold the Level HLTA qualification or have experience working as a HLTA
***Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
***Have energy, commitment, and creativity
***Be able to engage well with colleagues, children, and their parents
***Have a positive attitude
****Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2021/22
