Tradewind are recruiting now! Are you a HLTA with experience supporting SEND within mainstream settings? Are you searching for a new role in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire?
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an inspiring HLTA who can confidently enable a wide range of learners to maximise their learning potential. This is opportunity is available ASAP in a 2-form entry primary school located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The role is temporary full-time position for two terms before becoming a permanent position. The daily rate is between £80-100 per day.

We are looking for:
· An HLTA who can work across all Key Stages, pertains excellent curriculum knowledge and can successfully foster a love of English
· A practitioner who is committed to promoting inclusion by providing differentiated work to challenge students of all abilities, INCLUDING those with SEND such as Dyslexia and Speech and Language.
· A willingness to engage and lead extra-curricular and/or intervention sessions would be valued
The role requires working across EYFS, KS1, KS2 and facilitating an environment where all students surpass all barriers to their learning.
This large primary school is located within High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and has parking on site.

· Hold HLTA qualification or experience in role
· This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
