Are you looking for a new role in a leading High Wycombe Primary School supporting students learning across Foundation, Key Stage 1 and 2?

Tradewind is working with a highly inclusive school that is looking to appoint a HLTA to start ASAP! This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic community school and help young students to bridge the knowledge gaps bought about by home schooling!

Located just outside, High Wycombe, just half an hour from central London this large and inclusive Primary School has a reputation for helping all students to make a great start to their educational journey. The school are lucky to be situation in the country side with huge grounds and have a massive emphasis on outdoor learning. They are also a forest school and have a farm, mud kitchens, hand painted yurts and many more.

As a HLTA at this school, you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.

The HLTA must:
***Hold the Level 4 HLTA qualification
***Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
***Have energy, commitment, and creativity
***Be able to engage well with colleagues, children, and their parents
***Have a positive attitude
****Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
