Excellent opportunity has arisen as a Head of Students and Wellbeing for a Higher Education institution based in High Wycombe to join on a 6 month FTC.

Responsibilities:

Develop a professional and specialist service that delivers efficient and effective support mechanisms for students that enhance their study, retention and progression, and is consistent with the best practice across the sector.
To be responsible for the, leadership and management of the Student Wellbeing Service which encompasses; Disability, Counselling, Chaplaincy, Student Information Office, Mental Health Advice and Equality & Inclusion.
Record, accurately analyse and interpret trends and/or patterns in data relating to student welfare at both service and institutional level, contributing effectively to institutional management information requirements, and in particular to focus on the impact of the wellbeing services on student retention, achievement and employability.
Ensure the Student Wellbeing Service is compliant with equality legislation, financial regulation and data protection, and that any changes in legislation and best practice are implemented Desirable:
