You will be joining an organisation that looks after their staff, an Investor in People, and a specialist within the Mental Health field.

You will support people who are struggling in the work place, or have had to give up work due to mental health support needs. You will provide support covering a range of areas, such as helping your clients request for reasonable adjustments at work, attending disciplinary meetings, assisting with job search, applications, cover letters and interview prep. You will also work with multi-agencies to support their progress e.g. NHS Mental Health Services.

Due to the current situation, these will be mainly delivered remotely (online) until further notice.

Interviews are ASAP via Microsoft Teams, and if successful – you will commence work on 4th Dec 2020.

This is a 3 month FTC (subject to extension)

Please note that the salary is £12.64 per hour (£11.28 + £1.36 holiday pay)
