As a professional Supply Cover Supervisor you will need

* Superb communication skills
* Great numeracy and literacy
* Classroom experience – Ideally in the UK
* A positive mindset & professional approach
* Good behaviour management
* A clear understanding of the national curriculum
* The ability to adapt and improvise
* Excellent classroom practice to motivate and enable learning in pupils of all abilities and needs

We are especially keen to speak with staff who can offer

PE / Coaching – Have SEN experience – can offer another language / MFL – Maths, English or Science Graduates

Graduates or ECT's looking to build school experience (this is a great way to find a placement without all the application forms and pressure of an interview)
Full time staff looking for your forever school / academy, we will find you a job through our supply contacts in the right school for you.
Part time teachers looking to supplement their income
