** Cover Supervisor – Mainstream Secondary School located in High Wycombe

** Various routes into teacher training, superb CPD and permanent contracts available after 2 terms

** Open to experienced Cover Supervisors and Graduates looking to gain experience within the education sector

***£80 to £100 per day, based on experience

The Role – Cover Supervisor – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

We are recruiting for 2 Cover Supervisors to work on an ongoing full-time basis. The successful Cover Supervisors will be supporting various classes for sick and pre-planned absences, working with small groups and assisting pupils on a 121 basis. Punctuality and reliability are essential characteristics and a professional and upbeat attitude are also key to seceding. The school are looking for Cover Supervisors who can be positive and upbeat role models for their pupils.

A strong academic background and the ability to converse with parents, teachers and pupils is also essential.

The Candidate – Cover Supervisor – High Wycombe

The successful candidate for this role will have Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant experience or a strong academic background to degree level.
A positive attitude, great class management skills and a passion for education
Be confident in managing behaviour and arrange interventions if needed
Be available to start immediately
You will be a confident, passionate and an engaging individual with amazing communication skills, who can easily build rapport and successful relationships with students and staff alike
