GSL Education is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher for one of our client schools in High Wycombe. The candidate will need to have experience in teaching business studies at both KS3 & KS4.
This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Business Studies with the ability to inspire, excite, and motivate pupils to join a thriving and experienced department within a leading secondary school.
The role is based at a secondary school in High Wycombe where employees are both valued and developed. The academic achievement of the school in terms of both attainment and progress has been excellent. Teaching across the 11-16 age group, you will play a key role in providing an excellent education for all the school’s pupils at both KS3 & KS4 by teaching with expertise and enthusiasm and offering support to the development of individual students.
As such, the school is looking for a Business Studies teacher who will be dynamic in the classroom and who also possesses the ability to differentiate the work to a range of ability levels.
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified Business Studies Teacher (ideally with PGCE, SCHIIT, GTP, B.Ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
* Have an enhanced DBS certificate
* Have two recent teaching references
* Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
* Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
