Job Title: Contracts & Outsource Coordinator
Our Client a specialist waste management company based near Heathrow servicing London and surrounding areas.
Job Description: The primary responsibility of this desk based role is to obtain and input data from our supply Chain and to assist in the administration of new site set up’s, service amendments and Broker terminations that come into the business They will ensure system changes will be entered/ amended accurately into the system and in line with deadlines set. They will also develop relationships with our supply chain and assist with quoting for outsource work. They will also work closely with Purchase Ledger to look into and resolve invoice queries.
You would be given system projects from time to time to ensure the system is kept accurate at all times. You will also work closely with Operations to ensure services are booked in the correct way as well as Customer Services to ensure our customers receive the best level of service.
Responsibilities:
Primary Role
* Inputting daily incoming supplier information
* Coordinate the setup of new Broker sites on PurGo
* Liaise with our Operations Department to assist in getting containers delivered/removed
* Terminating sites where necessary
* Communicating with the Broker their new services
* Coordinate the administration process of new sites and ensure procedures are being followed.
* Ensure various reports are completed within suitable time frame in line with invoicing/ reporting deadlines.
* Updating the system aiming for 100% accuracy on any changes
* Identifying areas for improvement in process and procedures.
Secondary Role
* Advise the Sales team on suppliers pricing to use for services
* Maintain and update information on the Purgo
* Problem resolution
* Assist other departments with project work when necessary
* Various other tasks as deemed relevant and necessary.
