Class 2 Lorry Loader Driver

* Guarantee of 40 hours per week Even if we don’t have work for you, you will still be paid!

* Fixed term to minimum Oct 2021

* Monday to Friday NO Saturdays

HGMS have the sole contract to supply the UK's leading distribution company of building materials to the construction industry. Predominantly you will be driving class 2 HIAB / Lorry Loader vehicles to complete the customer deliveries for the various brands to building sites, businesses, private addresses and new developments.

This is a role where no 2 days are the same, it will be full of variety in both the locations you will be working at as well as the products you will be delivering.

As a Class 2 Lorry Loader driver you will be a relief driver covering branches within a 20 mile radius of your home address. If you ever travel over 20 miles we will pay mileage at 45p a mile.

Essential Requirement:

Valid HIAB Lorry Loader Ticket/Card/Certificate Brick Grab & Remote Either ALLMI, ITSSAR, RTITB etc

Essential skills

* Minimum of 6 months recent commercial HGV 2 driving experience in the past 12 months

* Valid HIAB Lorry Loader Ticket/Certificate for Remote brick grab and hook

* Valid CPC / Digi Tacho

* No more than 6 points on your driving licence

* No DR10's or TT99's

* Over the age of 21 (due to insurance restrictions)

* Right to work in the UK

* Own transport

* Excellent customer service skills
