HIGH WYCOMBE

UP TO £28,000 + BONUS + CAREER PROGRESSION

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're currently recruiting for a well-established, market leading business based in High Wycombe, who due to continued growth and success in 2021 are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join their team.

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be supporting clients with enquiries, orders, product information, invoices and any other questions they may have. You will eb working as part of their Customer Service & Sales team and have the opportunity to progress within the team as you build your knowledge and experience.

This is the ideal position for a highly organised individual who has Business to Business experience in either Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Sales Executive or Telesales based role to join a forward-thinking and rewarding business with ambitious growth plans and a fantastic company culture!

THE SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR ROLE:

Act as a first point of contact for customers with order enquiries
Conducting showroom tours with potential clients
Managing order enquiries from enquiry to delivery
Creating and sending quotations to clients
Following up on quotations to convert these to orders
Raising purchase orders
Ordering relevant products and stock for customers
Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with accurate records
Liaise with and update customers through their order processTHE PERSON:

Must have experience in business-to-business environment in a similar role such as Sales Support Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, Account Manager, Account Coordinator, Sales Executive, Internal Sales or Telesales
Highly organised individual who is used to multi-tasking
Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
Must have full driving licence and own car (Due to office location)
