Operations Executive / Customer Service Assistant – High Wycombe – up to £22,000 per annum & Benefits.
We are working with a hugely driven and successful business based in High Wycombe that over the recent months have continued to achieve and maintain high levels of sales, customer retention and are in a strong period of growth that they now require a professional Customer Service / Operations Executive to join their friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Main point of contact for all incoming office calls.
* Managing customer queries and logging them on company systems.
* Processing orders within the customer KPI agreement.
* Extensive communication with major customers at all times.
* Orders are supplied accurately and on time.
* Managing all customer product returns.
* Customers are updated with regular order updates.
* General office administration.
Desired Skills Required:
* Professional and confident telephone manner.
* Spot on communication skills.
* Ability to pay accurate and attention to detail on all aspects of your workload.
* Good understanding of computer packages – Spreadsheets in particular.
* The ability to build solid relationships with your team and the customer.
