Head of Business Operations – The Role:

The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for 3 teams, which manage the revenue recovery after a Parking Charge Notice has been issued. This will cover verification of charges, appeals and litigation, debt recovery.

Duties for the Head of Business Operations will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organisation in maintaining relationships with suppliers, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Head of Business Operations – Key Responsibilities:

– Overseeing daily business operation once a PCN has been issued

– Developing and implementing growth strategies

– Training Team Leaders and Managers

– Managing and improving processes to ensure they are created to meet the expected growth of business

– Creating and managing budgets

– Improving revenue

– Hiring employees

– Evaluating performance and productivity

– Analysing accounting and financial data

– Researching and identifying growth opportunities

– Generating reports and giving presentations

– Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

– Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and help set strategic goals

– Liaision with 3rd party deb recovery organisations

Head of Business Operations – You:

– Experience in start-up, scale-up and/or fast-growth companies

– Demonstrated experience in back office process improvements

– Good knowledge of different business functions

– Strong leadership qualities

– Excellent communication skills

– Highly organised

– Strong work ethic

– Good interpersonal skills
