This is a full time, permanent position.
Our client, an international manufacturer, is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Customer Support to develop within a great company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous customer support experience.
Duties of the role will include (but are not limited to):
• Answering incoming calls, handling general sales, technical and accounts calls
• Advising customers on specific products
• Up-selling and cross-selling products and parts
• Arranging couriers
• Liaising with the warehouse department
• Preparing quotes
• Pricing enquiries
• Uploading onto Sage
• Various ad-hoc duties as and when required within a small team
Special Requirements:
• An all-rounder and someone who can develop in the role
• Sage experience (an advantage but not essential)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent organiser
