Job Details
Our client, one of the world leaders in their field, is looking for a bright, proactive and highly motivated candidate to join their customer services team and work on one of their key accounts.
This is a really varied role and our client offers a great salary plus excellent benefits.
Applicant must have A-C GCSE Maths and English, an excellent telephone manner along with good attention to detail, good knowledge of Excel and previous SAP experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.
MUST HAVE GOOD EXCEL SKILLS
Key Responsibilities
Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in a professional and effective manner to ensure optimum customer service
Process orders and manage customer stock
Check all web transactions have been actioned correctly
Issue recollection references
Answer customer emails
Check SAP for new orders throughout the day
Updating the customer information files
Chase outstanding orders with customer
Inform customers of any short loading at the depot
Process returns daily
Issue reports Key Skills
Previous customer service and/or admin experience
Strong IT skills in MS Office
Organised, proactive,and able to multitask
