This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company based in High Wycombe.
Managing a friendly and supportive team you will be providing customer care to healthcare professionals and patients.
Salary £26,000 plus 25 days holiday per annum rising to 27 after 5 years’ service, Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Health Care, Life Assurance, Modern office facilities, Subsidised canteen, Free parking onsite.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines
* Proactively managing your team on a day to day basis to ensure consistent delivery of a first class service whilst achieving company results
* Managing all assigned team including, but not limited to, leadership, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals and performance management
* Promoting products at every opportunity
* Increasing retention by building strong relationships with patients
* Having full knowledge of all procedures within the department
* Supporting Patient Services Manager at all times
* Understanding and upholding all systems within the department
* Daily running of allocated team
* Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by you in line with company targets
* Providing reports as required by manager
* Coaching and developing all staff
* Completing and assisting with projects
* Management of complaints in an efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction
* Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards
* Ensuring adequate cover on our phones at all times
* Building professional working relationships with team & all departments and department heads
* Performing any other tasks reasonably requested by the company as required
Experience Required
* Excellent customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner
* Strong and proven knowledge of the sales process
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
* Ability to work to and driven to achieve targets
* Ability to drive team to succeed and meet targets
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and work with little supervision
* Possess influential and persuasive skill set
* Excellent communication, oral and written, skills
* Ability to work under pressure
