Customer Service Team Leader
In this position, you will be responsible for a team of customer service agents. You will provide hands-on support and training to a growing team in an extremely fast-paced environment. You will be expected to uphold impeccable customer service skills, resolving customer queries as well as managing your team. The position is based in HIgh Wycombe and sme remote working would be considered.

Responsibilities –
Managing a complex team of customer service advisors.
Liaising with external and internal customers and providing quality service.
Ensuring targets are met and cases are resolved in an efficient manner.
Maintaining the productivity levels within your team, including being responsible for disciplinaries and appraisals. Your skills and experience –
As a Team Leader you will need exceptional communication skills – this is vital for the smooth running of an effective team.
You should be customer-focused in everything you do.
You will have strong leadership skills.
You should haveexperience in a team management role.
