Customer Service Team Leader
High Wycombe
£26,000 per annum
Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy company based in High Wycombe, are now looking for experienced Team Leader to support their growing team. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for delivering brilliant customer service through the management of your team.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Manage a small team on a day to day basis to ensure consistent delivery of a first class service whilst achieving company results
* Promote products at every opportunity
* Build strong relationships with patients in order to increase retention
* Have knowledge of all procedures within the department
* Understand all systems within the department
* Set targets for your team and ensure all team members work to them
* Provide reports as and when required
* Provide training to all staff
* Assisting and completing projects
* Manage complaints in an efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction
* Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
Personal attributes
* Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Be able to take initiative and always prepared to go the extra mile
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Have fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Organisational and leadership skills (with proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment)
* Ability to work to targets
* Have a high attention to detail
